Lost dog yesterday (10/29) on Break Neck Trail (between Cold Spring and Beacon, NY). 14-pound terrier mix named Poppy. We were ascending the Red Trail when she got spooked and went flying down the trail. About half way back down, hikers coming up said they had not seen a dog so as best I can
