This handsome, blue eyed boy has been seen in our neighborhood for a while. He is coming closer and seems very friendly, no collar, but doesn’t look well cared for. I just want to find out if he has a home or is a wanderer. Area is Kingston near So Manor Ave, Downs St or Elmendorf St.
