Found this dog running down Mud Mills Road in Middletown, NY, October 29th around 6pm. He has a white stripe on his chest and has a blackish/green collar with no tags.

There are 2 stray cats that have been coming by our condo in Brewster. This post is for one we are calling Smokey. He is friendly, and does not seem to mind our dog at all. Stays on our patio during the day, and shows interest in coming inside.
