Found black tuxedo cat at Matthew’s Street in Goshen, New York on Tuesday July 23, 2019. She has an ear tipped and no collar or tags. Appears possibly feral. Looking for the owner or help in finding her owner. Thank you.

This dog was found by my neighbor yesterday and given to our local Ulysses Rosenzweig to hold overnight. No tag but collared. Very friendly.
