Saw this cat on my property once in a while, in the summer, and assumed it belonged to someone who lets it out. Now it comes every day, in the freezing cold, for food and meows at me. Anybody recognize it?

A few women have posted this dog's picture in Yorktown Mom's Facebook group. This male dog has been seen near Mohansic Ave in Yorktown Heights, NY. Neighbors have been feeding him and playing fetch, he's friendly but won't allow anyone close enough to catch him.
Just found, no tags was with another dog that ran off.
