Black and brown adult Tabby cat FOUND Sunday, March 25th on Merritt Blvd, Fishkill. Extremely friendly; kept approaching people walking by and following them. No collar or microchip, well-groomed and well-fed. Too friendly, well taken care of, and comfortable in the home to be a stray, unless someone recently dumped him. Mostly black on back
