Hello, my fiance and I found this cat near Winthrop Ct at Chelsea Ridge in Wappingers Falls. She does not have a microchip or collar. I've seen her outside a few times - not sure if she is a stray or someone's indoor/outdoor cat. She's very friendly and chatty!
This kitty just showed up the evening of 12/28 and came right in. Stayed long enough for a snack and drink and left. It may just be one of those who likes to visit and really isn't lost.
