Sweet cat, probably someone's pet. Still shy, so I'm not 100% sure about the sex but most likely a male. Barely meow, seems healthy, has a scratch in one of the ears but looks otherwise unharmed.

This domestic short hair brown tabby with white neutered male was found on South Clinton Avenue in Kingston. The cat freckles in the right eye, and a grey and black striped tail. No ID, no collar, no chip.
This beauty came into my backyard in Middletown on 2/8 and almost came inside but my 2 other cats scared him/her. But I fed the baby and gave water and it's back this evening, 2/9. I will get him/her inside asap.
My neighbor who is watching my house this week found her outside my house on Buck Road in Stone Ridge two days ago and has her at home and caring for her now.
