This kitty has been sheltering under my house. Friendly and wants affection. She will not allow me to pick her up so I have not been able to have her scanned. I think she has been lost for some time. She is being given shelter/ food / water. Would love to find her owner.

I found this little guy on the streets of Newburgh, NY. He was in the pouring freezing rain. Had no collar or leash. Took him to the vet and he is healthy, but not chipped or neutered. He’s around 3-4 months old. He seems to be some kind of a poodle mix? Does not shed
