Found two small cats outside my home. One male, one female. Friendly enough for me to bring them inside. Don’t have collars. I have a dog that does not do well with cats so I cannot keep them. I asked around the neighborhood, and nobody has claimed.

Young male cat in New Windsor found. Showed up from nowhere and fighting with outdoor male cats. Starving, tired, dirty has a couple of battle scars and seems friendly (let me pet him through trap).
