My female cat Phoebe is missing last seen yesterday morning 7/21/19. She lives at 32 Roe Street or could have hopped in a car not knowing with the windows down and maybe on Farries Avenue, both located in Florida, NY. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and is spayed. Little Miss Priss is 17 years old, weighs about 9lbs and has been missing since Saturday morning. I am extremely worried about her due to the high temperatures.
