This cat was brought into the DCSPCA by a good Samaritan that has seen him wondering on his property for the past couple days in Poughkeepsie. Brought in today 8/7/19.

Found on the Bard College Campus in Red Hook. Has a flea collar, but no tags and seemingly no chip.
