Please call me at 914-737-0264 if you have information on him. He is Black with a 2 inch round white bib on his chest and a tiny splash of white on each paw, front legs and back legs. I have put 250 flyers out in my neighborhood, but I am afraid he might have gotten locked in a shed or garage. Many people are on vacation. He is missing since July 7th.
