Hi, left a mssg over the weekend. We may have your Mesa hanging around our house near 299 in Highland. Can’t bring him inside unfortunately but we have been feeding and cuddling with him! If we can’t find his owners we are going to have to get him to a shelter, too sad leaving him out in the elements.
